Goedverwacht (loosely translated meaning 'Good expectations') is home to our collection of Microlight aircraft owned by super enthusiastic pilots. This collection includes a magnificent Magni Gyro, Sexy TL2000 Sting, nimble Jabiru and a gaggle of really neat Trikes

To the East lie the awesome Hottentots Holland Mountains, which presented such a daunting barrier to the early pioneers – to the North the farmlands of the Cape – to the South & West, Table Mountain and the icy cold waters of the Atlantic seaboards, home to the Great White, the prehistoric Coelacanth and awesome gentle giants that frequent our shores to mate and spawn

Goedverwacht (runway orientation 02/20) is set amongst lush green fields, within easy flying distance in any direction of these natural treasures. Were especially proud of and enjoy our own club house and hangarage facilities thanks to the enthusiasm and vision of our most generous host

Although we dread the Black South Easter and patiently wait out the long spells of winter rain, were privileged to live and fly in the most stunningly beautiful place on earth – amen!
